the room had a beautiful view. breakfast was great here. i enjoyed the spa and gym the hotel offered. the facilities were clean and well kept.
the front desk worker asked if my husband and i reserved one or two rooms. he was disrespectful. the blinds in our room did not work.

My stay included a room upgrade to a beautiful suite with city views!!! the team was really good, so responsive and attentive. a dog bed and bowl were provided in the room, it was a good touch. i found the location so convenient. Being close to transport links made exploring effortless.

the hotel is across from the main train station, plus three metro entrances. this made getting around simple and efficient. you cannot beat this level of access to public transportation.
